• Who is: It’s one of that charismatic men that history seems to have trasmitted to us, particularly from the ancient Rome.  Mayer of Castrocielo since at least 30 years, he has held other positions as the Presidency of Province of Frosinone. Probably the public position which has given greater visibility and prestige has been the presidence of Liceo “Tulliano” of Arpino, organizing the Certamen Ciceronianum Arpinas.  Now he’s focused on a new idea: bringing to light the ancient  Aquinum, an interesting archeological area. Historical references start talking about Aquinum from the advance of Hannibal’s army toward Rome in 211 a.Chr.n.  The Town Hall is becoming an archeological museum thanks to him.
