The Ciociaria is set in the middle of the biggest motorway network and is accessible by means of the historical Autostrada del Sole. The Via Casilina runs through the whole territory, from Rome to the boundary with the Region of Molise and Campania.

A1 (Roma-Napoli) motorway has 9 exits in Ciociaria:
Colleferro, Anagni-Fiuggi, Ferentino, Frosinone, Ceprano, Pontecorvo-Castrocielo, Cassino, San Vittore del Lazio.
Expressways and special roads:
•    From Rome: Ferentino-Sora freeway.
•    From Tyrrhenian side – Ulisse Coast: Latina-Frosinone and Terracina-Priverno freeways.
•    From Adriatic side: Avezzano-Sora and Sora-Cassino-Formia
